- Provide you with a free CMA (aka Comparative Market Analysis) to help you determine the best asking price for your property
- Provide you with staging assistance to help you maximize your home’s selling potential
- Create a customized marketing plan for your home which will include, at a minimum, a yard sign, advertising on more than 40 top real estate search sites (including an enhanced listing on Realtor.com), listing your property in both the Greenville and Spartanburg Multiple Listing Services, and much, much more. - Arrange for the Appointment Center to contact you prior to any showings.
- Provide you with feedback on all showings.
- Update you weekly on any activity on your home.
- Review all offers with you and handle all negotiations with the buyer’s agent
- Provide you with a pre-qualification letter from the buyer’s mortgage representative
- Handle all aspects of the transaction from contract to close including opening your home to allow inspections, reviewing all inspections with you, reviewing your Settlement Statement with you, and attending the closing with you.
- Help you find a new home in the Upstate area, if needed.
