As your Buyer’s Agent, I will:
* Listen to your needs and wants and help you distinguish between and prioritize the two.
* Send you automated email updates of listings matching your home search criteria
* Provide you with a price analysis of prospective homes
* Draft offers and negotiate with the seller’s agent to get you the best deal possible
* Provide a list of vendors (home inspectors, attorneys, termite inspectors, etc) with whom I have worked in the past and who I know will do the very best job for you
* Schedule, manage, and review all inspections for you
* Coordinate with your Mortgage Company to help your loan process go as smoothly as possible
* Provide settlement and closing assistance to you including reviewing the HUD statement to insure there are no mistakes
* Present you with the keys to your new dream home
